4.3 Checkpoint: Prototype Demo & Validation Summary

The Integration Checkpoint connects the Skill Track and the Venture Track. You show what you learned in Module 4 with evidence, not opinion.

Checkpoint assignment

  • Prototype demo plus customer validation summary
  • Present prototype and testing results
  • Document iteration decisions

Evidence portfolio requirements

Add each of these to your evidence portfolio before moving on:

  • Solution Concept Portfolio (5–10 Ideas)
  • MVP Definition Document
  • Low-Fidelity Prototype (Photos/Screenshots/Description)
  • Prototype Testing Feedback (3–5 Customers)
  • Solution Selection Rationale
  • Iteration Summary

Get feedback before you submit

Paste your draft into the Module 4 AI advisor for coaching on your thinking before you turn it in. The advisor gives feedback; the work and the decisions stay yours.

How this checkpoint is assessed

Your instructor chooses one of three paths, so every student can succeed whether or not their venture moves forward:

  • Option A (default): 40% Skill Track, 40% Venture Track, 20% Integration
  • Option B: 100% Skill Track, for students whose ventures don't progress
  • Option C: 100% Venture Track, for experienced students

Looking ahead

Module 5 builds directly on this evidence, so keep your portfolio up to date.
