1. Terms
By using entrepreneurshipessentials.com, operated by Watson and Associates (“Entrepreneurship Essentials,” “we”), you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are.
2. The textbook is openly licensed
The text of Entrepreneurship Essentials is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, share, adapt, and build on it for any purpose, including commercially, as long as you give appropriate credit to Dr. Greg Watson, link to the license, and indicate any changes.
Some items on this site are not covered by that license and remain the property of their owners: the Entrepreneurship Essentials name and logo, third-party content (such as linked books, podcasts, and videos), and the site's design and code. Items with their own license are marked where they appear.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
5. Accuracy of materials
The materials may contain technical, typographical, or factual errors, and parts of the book are still being written. We may change the materials at any time without notice. If you find an error, please email [email protected].
6. Links
We have not reviewed every site linked from this one and are not responsible for their contents. A link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked site is at your own risk.
7. Purchases and refunds
The online textbook is free. For paid programs, workshops, and services, a refund may be requested at any time for an order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order is fulfilled (for example, access has been granted or a session delivered), it is no longer eligible for a refund. Printed books bought from third-party sellers follow that seller's return policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use this site, you agree to the current version.
